Dale County High evacuated due to bomb threat

MIDLAND CITY, Ala. (WDHN)  — Law enforcement is investigating a bomb threat at Dale County High School Tuesday afternoon.

According to a Facebook post before 1:00pm, the Dale County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a bomb threat at the school.

School administrators evacuated the building, and everyone is safe, according to the post. The school is located off County Road 59 in Midland City.

The sheriff’s office is conducting a safety sweep of the school campus.
