OZARK, Ala. (WDHN) — Tuesday night the city of Ozark held its annual Christmas parade.

Over 70 entries were involved in this year’s parade. Organizations included the Boys and Girls Club, various Wiregrass pageant queens, first responders, churches and military members.

For one family, the parade has become an annual Christmas tradition.

“Ozark parade is great it’s always fun,” Ozark resident Edwin Dewhirst said. “Come out bring the family, bring the kids, get some candy you know. We’ve been coming for about five years now we aren’t originally from here but we make this our home now and we love it, we come every year.”

WDHN’s Ilyana Capellan and Paige Weeks were this year’s emcees.

From all of us at WDHN, Merry Christmas Ozark!
