COVID-19 death toll reaches over 100 at Flowers Hospital

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Flowers Hospital has reported 101 deaths from COVID-19, according to Chris Judah, director of the Houston County Emergency Management Agency.

Currently, the hospital is treating 20 COVID-19 patients. Since March, Flowers and its group offices have confirmed 2,766 cases out of 21,475 tests.

Meanwhile at Southeast Health, 129 patients have died after contracting the virus. In total, the hospital has confirmed 1,107 cases and is currently treating 39 patients.
