ADPH cancels COVID-19 testing clinics in Coffee, Houston County for the rest of January


DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The Alabama Department of Public Health will no longer have COVID-19 testing clinics in Coffee and Houston counties for the rest of January.

The decision was made after facing staffing shortages at the respective health departments, which placed pressure on the nursing staff.

The ADPH will re-evaluate when it will have drive-up clinics again on Jan. 27. In the meanwhile, a re-evaluation of when to reschedule the drive-up clinics will be made on January 27.
