20 total COVID-19 deaths reported in Dale County

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Dale County is now tied with Covington County for the second highest COVID-19 deaths in the Southeastern District.

Dale County now has 20 total deaths out of its 785 confirmed cases. Across the state, 1,580 people have died from COVID-19.

Dale County does have the second-highest number of total confirmed cases in the district, with Houston County still leading at 1,319.
