New active COVID-19 case confirmed among DCS students



A new active case has been reported among the DCS student body. The number of exposed and quarantined students has not changed, however.


DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Eleven Dothan City Schools students have been placed under quarantine after being exposed to COVID-19.

As of now, no students are confirmed to have active COVID-19 infections. The students who were exposed to COVID-19 will now have to remain in quarantine for 14 days while monitoring for any symptoms.

As for the employees, one new case was reported among the staff, but the number of those in quarantine has remained the same.
