“During the course of the investigation a second juvenile was questioned and it was determined that he also made threats” said police Sgt. Billy Haglund. That person was arrested Thursday, two days after the first person was taken into custody.
“After examining all the evidence it appeared there was no credible threat to the student,” Haglund said in a written media release. However, as a precaution, additional security measures were put into place.
“The Enterprise Police Department would like to thank the FBI Field Office in Dothan and the Enterprise School System for their assistance and cooperation during this investigation,” Haglund said.
The two juveniles arrested taken to the Diversion Center in Dothan. It’s not clear if they are still being held since information about their cases is private.
