Defendants can come to Headland City Hall and get their record cleared on November 7th.
The goal of the amnesty court is to close cases and reduce the number of active warrants.
Defendants have a chance to come in and clear the air without the risk of being arrested.
"It also has a sense of relief and a fresh start with a clean slate. On the administrative sides, it helps alleviate a back log of warrants, traffic fines and stuff of that nature. So it's a win-win for both sides," Headland Police Chief Mark Jones says.
However, if the defendants say they are coming to amnesty court and they don't show up, they don't get anymore chances to clear things up with the court.
They'll decide on an exact time later.
