Registration for the youth runs will be conducted online at www.armytenmiler.com. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis and the youth run entry fee is $15. Youth Run participants will receive a Champ-the-Cheetah short sleeve t-shirt, race number and medal.
Packets must be picked up at the Army Ten-Miler Expo, on Friday, October 10 or Saturday, October 11 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., at the D.C. Armory. Packets will not be mailed and they will not be available on race day.
Both youth runs will be conducted on October 12 at 11:30 a.m. at the conclusion of the Army Ten-Miler race in the North Pentagon Lot. Warm-ups and stretching for the youth run participants will begin at 10:45 a.m. in the Youth Activities Zone. Army Ten-Miler Youth Run Mascot, Champ-the-Cheetah, will be on hand and youth run participants can also enjoy all the fun and activities in the Youth Activities Zone.
Race weekend activities include the ATM Expo at the D.C. Armory, live music, youth activities, and the popular Hooah Tent Zone. The expo is open to the general public and will feature more than 85 exhibitors and 35,000 attendees. The Hooah Tent Zone is open race day to participating runners and will feature interactive displays and exhibits by Army installations from around the world.
