Owner Bob Woodall said, "We've outgrown our current location. We've been looking for sometime to either build a new building or go in an industrial park somewhere."
Moving to downtown is a dream Woodall has had since he was a teenager. Wednesday the Dothan Downtown Redevelopment Authority helped that dream come true with the approval of a development agreement.
The business is expected to move to its new location in November or within six months. Around 50 employees will be making the move, but they business is expected to hire around ten new air conditioning technicians.
The DDRA hopes more businesses will be encouraged the make the move to downtown Dothan.
