Visitors can go on a journey that takes them back 3,500 hundred years into biblical history.
The tour provides simple illustrations of the message behind the Old Testament.
The presentation of the Tabernacle focuses on five stations to address various doctrines of the Christian faith.
“If you are a student of the word if you are in your faith today and you are in your church and you want to learn about the old testament and how the old testament is married to the new the tabernacle teaches that like nothing else does,” said Jesse Spiers with Pattern of Approach Ministries. “It takes doctrines that we live by and things that ground us in our faith and it teaches that in a very tangible way so children can come in here and see these images. And nothing teaches us like object lessons.”
The tours run through the day until Saturday. Tickets are seven dollars and children under the age of six are free.
