Ronnie Gilley's son arrested again

The son of the developer of Country Crossing has been charged for the second time in a week on charges involving stolen property.
The son of Country Crossing developer Ronnie Gilley has been arrested for the second time in a week on charges involving stolen property.

Dexter Ryan Gilley, 25, of Enterprise is accused in the latest incident of possessing a tractor stolen from Dougherty County, Georgia. Gilley is charged with Receiving Stolen Property 1st degree, a felony. The Kubota tractor is valued at $8,000 according to police.

Gilley was arrested August 28 in Dale County on two similar charges. Those allegations also involve alleged stolen equipment taken in Georgia. Dexter Gilley is expected to be released on bond after booked into the Coffee County Jail.

Ronnie Gilley is currently serving a six year, eight month federal prison sentence after pleading guilty to attempting to bribe lawmakers to vote for pro-gambling legislation. Country Crossing was forced closed by state agents who said the gambling machines there are illegal.
