"Our initial reaction was 'oh no, not again,” Parker Police Chief Charles Sweatt said.
A 12-year old Bay County, Florida boy who spent three weeks in juvenile lockup for taking a school bus on a joyride is accused of stealing a second bus. Michael Propst is charged bus one day after he was released from juvenile lockup for the first incident.

"Our initial reaction was 'oh no, not again,” Parker Police Chief Charles Sweatt said. The chief sent an officer to Franklin County to pick up Propst and have him returned to Bay County.

Propst stole the first bus in early July and took it on a 15-mile ride from Parker to Panama City Beach. After the latest theft he headed east toward Gulf County.

Lights in Port St. Joe were down in preparation for the new Cape San Blas lighthouse being moved. Propst was headed in direction of officers who were directing traffic there.
