A man pulled rescued from his burning home earlier this month has been arrested on arson charges. Robert Brandon Tolleson was taken into custody Wednesday following his release from a hospital.

Tolleson is accused of intentionally setting fire to his Wembley Court home in Dothan’s Chapelwood subdivision June 7.

Dothan Police officer Jason Arnette and a man visiting the neighborhood pulled Tolleson from the burning home. Tolleson suffered cuts and abrasions due to broken glass from the window his was pulled through.

Tolleson was booked into the Dothan City Jail on an Arson Second Degree charge.
