Cooper is accused of running into a home in the 800 block of Montana Street where he startled the resident. Officers surrounded the house and when Cooper refused to surrender voluntarily they sent the canine inside. The dog bit the man on the leg. Cooper was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Court records show a warrant was issued for Cooper’s arrest on February 11 after Co he failed to show up at a hearing. The records list Cooper as a resident of Ozark.
