A man previously arrested on charges of enticing a child for immoral purposes is facing new charges.

Dothan Police say that originally they arrested Kennon Hester after he chased two female juveniles. Police Chief Greg Benton said the Hester first offered the girls free clothing and they declined. The youths then ran to an adult with Hester chasing. He was arrested a short time later at Alexander Court Apartments.

Since the initial investigation officers have discovered that Hester was believed to have unlawfully entered an apartment in the complex while the tenant was inside.

Investigators say Hester was identified as a suspect in a July 3 burglary. In that case, the victim, an adult female, found Hester in her bathroom while she took a shower. The victim's screams forced Hester to leave the home.

The second crime led officers to believe he was also responsible for the first crime. Hester is charged with second degree burlary. He is being held with no bond.

Remember -- all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
