Geneva Police have arrested two people for the theft of an Razor ATV that was recovered last week.

Police says Christopher James Weeks and Dustin Lee Weeks are both being charged with first degree theft of property for the theft of a RZR ATV. The vehicle was stolen on West Meadow Avenue June 3. It was recovered from a pond last week in Walton County, Florida by a Walton County Sheriff's Office Dive Team.

The stolen vehicle was found after some tips were received by Walton County.

The Razor was valued at over $18,000 which led to a felony theft of property charge. Due to the vehicle being transported across state lines, federal charges are also possible.

In addition to this crime, investigators believe the due were involved with numerous other crimes in the Geneva area. Both so far have refused to cooperate with investigators according to sources familiar with the situation.
