A Dothan man has become the second person within a week---and the fourth recently---arrested on child sex charges in Hartford. Police and the Hartford News Herald report Roger Cassidy, 26, was taken into custody in the parking lot of a restaurant where he went to meet what he thought was a teenage girl.

In all the cases officers were assisted by Perverted Justice, a group that uses volunteers to pose as young girls willing to meet older men for sex. Hartford Police Chief Annie Ward told the News Herald that group called Wednesday afternoon and said Cassidy had arranged to meet what he thought was a 14-year old girl.

Cassidy is charged with electronic solicitation of sex with a minor and traveling to meet the girl to have sex. He was booked into the Geneva County jail and later released on bond.

A medical executive was arrested May 2 under similar circumstances after he allegedly traveled from Atlanta for the purpose of meeting a 14-year old girl to have sex. Michael Lee Graue, 58, of Lawrenceville, Georgia has a preliminary hearing scheduled Friday.

Graue was terminated as Chief Executive Officer of Tenet Health’s Southern Division following his arrest according to a company spokesperson.
