On Monday, June 9, 2014, members of the Walton County Sheriff’s Office Vice/Narcotics Unit executed a probable cause search warrant at 94 Western Street in the Choctaw Beach Community in reference to an indoor marijuana grow operation. Upon execution of the search warrant, approximately 64 marijuana plants were located in a shed on the property. Approximately one and a half pounds of packaged marijuana was located within the residence, along with paraphernalia used to ingest, package and distribute the marijuana. The resident, Christopher Scott Frasher, 27, was arrested and charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
