Hartford woman charged in the death of an Enterprise resident

ENTERPRISE, Ala.--A Hartford resident has been arrested and charged with criminally negligent homicide in Coffee County.

35-year-old Kimberly Ann Fulford has been charged in the death of 31-year-old Jesus Morales-Oyola.

In August 2016, Oyola was on his motorcycle traveling westbound on Boll Weevil Circle when Fulford pulled out in front him near the intersection of Dauphin Street.

Oyola died as the result of his injuries.

A police investigation found that Fulford's toxicology analysis determined she was under the influence of multiple controlled substances at the time of the incident.

Fulford was booked into the Coffee County Jail with a bond set at $100,000.
