ENTERPRISE, Ala.-- Enterprise High School has been ranked number 15 in the state for preparing students for college, according to a recent Niche ranking.
The study shows a major increase in the number of students attending college over the last decade.
This is said to be due to college preparedness in public high schools.
"We push advanced placement, we push dual enrollment. We push all these courses because in reality that's what all these courses are like. Our teachers do a great job of making sure that the classes are rigorous," said Enterprise High School principal Brent Harrison.
The rankings were based on several factors including SAT and ACT scores, culture and diversity, and high school graduation rates.
