Held at Troy University, June 12-13
4-H Southeast Regional Round-Up held at Troy University, main campus, enhances youth self-esteem, teamwork, decision-making and problem solving skills. 4-H’ers also have the opportunity to receive recognition for their accomplishments, meet youth from other Alabama counties and spend two days on Troy University’s remarkable campus.
This year, 185 youth plus volunteers from 18 counties participated at Regional Round-Up which was held June 12 - 13. This two-day event offered the following 4-H competitive events: $15.00 Challenge, Alabama Quilters, Bicycle Safety, Blocks Rock, Chef 4-H, Chicken-Q, eXtreme Birdhouse, Fashion Revue, Freestyle Demonstration and Showcase, Have I Got a Story, Healthy Living for Life, Interior Design, Junior Baked Foods, Junior Beef Cook-Off, Junior Achievement, Lawn Tractor Operation, Project Green Thumb, Public Speaking, Photography, and What Wood U Build.
